The hotel is superbly located in the heart of the CBD, offering easy access to Adelaide's main shopping and entertainment hubs. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable with lovely appointments, although the complementary mini bar is a nice touch, except for the limited wine selection. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, truly making us feel at home.
The hotel rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with excellent bedding appointments to the Haighs chocolate shop across the road. The rooms were a decent size and very clean, although a little dark due to not very bright lighting.

The hotel offers extremely clean and comfy rooms with an incredibly comfortable bed, well-equipped with complimentary mini bar items, making it a very nice touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing efficient and friendly service. The location is central Adelaide, but parking in a Wilsons parking building up the road might feel a little awkward. The dining experience was top quality with excellent beverages served, but at a not so standard price. Overall, a very new and comfortable place to hang out in between activities.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were beautiful and by far the nicest I've ever stayed in. They were spacious, quiet, with lovely bathroom amenities, and a very comfy bed. The only downside was the unexpected early morning lift bell on a Sunday at 5 am, which was a bit startling.

The hotel offers a stunning view toward the Adelaide Hills along Rundle Mall in the Mayfair. The room was very stuffy and too hot, and unfortunately, the temperature did not adjust despite changing the in-room setting.
